Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., and Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., Colombia time. The calendar shows the times in your local time zone. The booking page is in Spanish and the call can be in English. It runs on Google Calendar and only loads when you open it.

Does the first conversation with ScaleUp Agency cost anything?
No, not at all. You can tell us about your needs in as much detail as you like, and then we share a proposal that fits what you need. You only pay if you decide to hire the service.
What information should I have on hand before I contact ScaleUp Agency?
Anything that helps us understand your business as well as you do: what you do, what you sell and to whom, what your pain points are and what you have tried so far. With that, we then identify your real needs and build an action plan tailored to you.
Why does ScaleUp Agency not publish prices?
Because every project is different. It is hard to set standard prices before we know the scope of the project we are committing to. That is why we first understand what you need, and then we share a clear proposal.
What hours do you work?
Yours. We adapt to your time zone instead of asking you to adapt to ours, and we plan the work with a weekly and daily schedule based on your country. In addition, we reply to your messages as soon as possible, even outside office hours.
Does ScaleUp Agency work with companies outside Colombia?
Yes. We work 100% remotely with people and companies in any Spanish- or English-speaking country, for example all of Latin America, Spain, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia. Meetings are therefore held by video call.
